  • High performance taper neck carbide ball nose end mills for die-mold work where a straight shank cannot reach
  • 2-flute carbide ball nose from Ø2 mm to Ø12 mm for 3D contouring, copy milling and deep cavity finishing
  • Tapered neck geometry gives greater reach with higher rigidity than a straight-neck tool of the same length — less deflection, better form accuracy
  • Best suited for milling hardened die steel and tool steel up to 60 HRc — D2, D3, H13, P20 and equivalents
  • Finished with the newly developed NOVA coating for wear resistance and thermal stability at elevated cutting parameters
